What Fortuity Credit is

An organizer for your household's credit information: scores you record, freeze status, card closing dates and calculations based on what you enter. It is not a credit bureau, a lender, a credit repair organization, or a legal, tax or financial adviser, and nothing on the site is legal or financial advice.

Calculations

Results such as the mortgage score for two and pay-before-close amounts come from the numbers you type and published rules cited on the page. Lenders and bureaus use their own data and models; your results from them may differ.

Your responsibilities

• Enter another adult's information only with their consent.
• Act for a child or another adult at a credit bureau only where you have the legal authority to do so.
• Keep your own copies of important documents and records.

No warranty

Fortuity Credit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Epiphani Studios LLC is not liable for losses arising from use of the service.

Links to bureaus, score providers and government sources are for convenience. Fortuity Credit is not affiliated with Equifax, Experian, TransUnion, FICO, VantageScore or any company named on the site.
